Product Returns
If you need to return items to us for whatever reason, please email us (addresses given below) with the following details: i) your name ii) your order number iii) details of the items to be returned iv) reason for return. Items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase and refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned items.
If you need an alternative size, please return the original item for a refund and reorder the size that you need.
