Refunds and Returns

EXCHANGES

  • Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges, only refunds. If you require a different garment or size, please re-order online.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you need to return any items, please contact us first at info@easschoolwear.co.uk.
In your email, please include:

  1. Your name
  2. Your order number
  3. Details of the items you wish to return
  4. The reason for return

We will then reply with the best return method.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If you require a different item, please place a new order online.

Return Timeframes (Total 28 Days)

  • You must inform us of your intention to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods, giving a total of 28 days from receipt of delivery to complete the return.
  • Items received after outside of this timeframe are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.

Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, in saleable condition, and with all labels and tags intact.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the product price only (postage is non-refundable).

Product Issues

  • Any product concerns must be reported via email within 14 days of purchase, ideally with photos.
  • After 14 days, we cannot process concerns regarding product description or quality, as this will be considered acceptance of the item.

Special “Made to Order” Items

  • Made-to-order items can only be returned by prior arrangement and may incur an additional charge.

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

  • Items must be returned in a sealed bag clearly marked with your name and order number.
  • All returns must meet our returns criteria, and items outside the policy period will be returned without refund.
  • All uniform items must be returned to us in a saleable condition, in the original packaging and all labels and tags intact as per our returns policy.
  • The bag must be sealed and include your name and order number. We are unable to offer a refund if your order is out of the return policy and the items will be returned.
  • We will process a refund within 7 working days. If you wish to reorder any item please order online as previous, we are unable to exchange items.
  • If we find that the Product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the Product. This will not affect your statutory rights.
  • Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products that come under the following categories, unless for any reason they are faulty:
    • Items that are specially made to order. This includes any items personalized that have been embroidered/printed with initials or names, trip or leavers hoodies.
    • Socks and Tights.
    • Mouth guards.
    • Items which have been worn

FAULTY ITEMS

  • If your uniform develops a fault within 6 months of receipt of purchase.  Please email us first to info@easschoolwear.co.uk  Please include i) your name, ii) your order number, iii) details of the items and iv) image of fault. We will then reply with details of the next steps.
